She eventually snaps and kills Evangeline.

Honey is a nickname from Evangeline. She came up with it to make fun of Gabrielle for being a pushover. Gabrielle thinks it's a pet name. If Mallory was mentally and financially stable she would have adopted Gabrielle. Her favourite pastry to bake is muffins
