Tylenol is a humanoid mass of liquid who craves a real body. She calls herself a doctor to steal limbs from the patients they "treat" in hopes of building a body with them. When Tylenol wishes for a body from Dynamite, he isn't satisfied with anything they offer. Granting "so many" wishes weakens Dynamite considerably. They assume they're sick and ask Tylenol for help, she takes advantage of their helpless position and steals half their halo, their favourite stolen body part so far. Taffy will eventually kill Tylenol and give Dynamite their missing piece of halo back.
